Customer Success at GapMaps
A unique opportunity with global impact has become available for a Network Planning Manager to join the Customer Success team at GapMaps. As the Network Planning Manager you will bring your customer success skills to help create and execute their network plans. You will also support a diverse portfolio of global clients across multiple industries with their location intelligence needs. You’ll harness the latest data and insights to guide clients in making informed strategic and commercial decisions.
The Role
• Responsibility for managing the relationship of a diverse portfolio of global clients across a range of industries and markets
• Ensure existing clients needs and requests are being met and escalating issues as appropriate
• Advising clients, with the use of the latest data and insights, and assist them with their strategic and commercial decision making
• Researching industry trends and working with the Director Economics and Research to develop new and unique location intel to add value to existing and new clients
• Supporting the Director Market Planning to deliver market planning projects for clients and embedding project insights effectively to ensure clients can execute on them
• Ensure effective and timely communication of client needs to key stakeholders across the business to improve the client experience and drive new sales opportunities

You will have
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a relevant network strategy, consulting, market research, or commercial analytics role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
• Intermediate or Advanced Excel and data modelling skills
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and critical thinking skills
• Clear communicator with strong presentation and report-writing skills
• A proactive mindset with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering client value

• Have impeccable relationship building skills and experience working with high-touch individuals
