Marketing Manager at GapMaps
A unique opportunity with global impact has become available for a Marketing Manager to join the Product Development and Marketing team at GapMaps. As the Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing GapMaps global marketing strategy to drive brand growth, lead generation and customer engagement. This role leads the development and implementation of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistent brand positioning and measurable business impact.
The Role
• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that support the company’s growth objectives and strengthen its position across regions.
• Drive awareness, demand, and customer engagement through multi-channel programs including digital, content, events, and partnerships.
• Advising clients, with the use of the latest data and insights, and assist them with their strategic and commercial decision making
• Lead the management of the company’s brand to ensure consistent positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
• Oversee the development of strategic content ((case studies, whitepapers, videos) and thought leadership initiatives that reinforce credibility and differentiation within the market.
• Design and oversee integrated demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline and measurable business growth.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to align campaigns with go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless lead management through marketing automation and CRM platforms to nurture prospects and drive conversions.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Executive teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with organisational objectives and customer needs.
• Contribute to strategic discussions on product positioning, pricing, and market expansion.
• Provide leadership and direction to internal marketing team members and manage relationships with external providers to ensure alignment with brand and business goals, maintaining accountability for quality, timelines, and outcomes.
• Oversee the marketing budget to maximise efficiency and impact.
• Ensure investment decisions are aligned with business priorities and demonstrate a clear return on marketing expenditure.

You will have
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in technology or data drives industries.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in lead generation, performance marketing and marketing automation.
• Demonstrated success in building and executing global or multi-market digital campaigns.
• Intermediate or Advanced Excel and data modelling skills.
• Clear communicator with strong presentation and report-writing skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering client value.
