GapMaps charges an annual subscription fee for using the platform.
How much does the GapMaps platform cost?
GapMaps platform doesn’t come with a fixed price tag and that’s because we calculate the annual fees based on the value derived from the platform. For example, an enterprise client with 10,000+ locations will use the GapMaps platform differently from a medium-size business with 10 locations. We’ll be happy to tailor a data and mapping package addresses client needs in terms of insights and budget.

Will I get an account manager for my GapMaps account?
Yes. Each GapMaps client is assigned an account manager for training and support purposes.
How many people in my team can use one GapMaps account?
We work with our clients to make sure the relevant team members have the right access to GapMaps. Depending on the business this might be a small group of 1-3 users. In larger enterprises, this number might be unrestricted.
